When I connect to the World Server it displays "Invalid Username/ Password".
In preparation for our new websites, we have introduced a single password for all IVAO services. To connect to IVAO's new World Server you will need to utilise the Web Password. If you are unsure on your passwords you can request a reminder by visiting your IVAO Profile and clicking 'Email my credentials'.
I have an issue with World Server, where can I get help?

I can no longer see SHARD servers, where have they gone?
On the 30th April 2022 IVAO decommissioned our SHARD servers and introduced our new World Server. These new servers offer better stability and uptime for our community. You can read all about the World Servers by visiting the Virtual Sky blog.
I have forgotten my IVAO password, how can I request a reminder?
You can visit https://ivao.aero/forgot-password?Id=XXXXXX replacing 'XXXXXX' with your VID. This will send a reminder email to your registered IVAO email address.
My IVAO account is inactive, how can I re-activate it?
Account re-activation can be completed through your IVAO account. Visit your profile by heading to www.ivao.aero/Member and clicking "Reactive my account" found under your User Comments.
